Laser-Assisted Hatching (LAH)

Before an embryo can implant in the uterus, it must “hatch” out of its outer shell, the zona pellucida. We use a precision laser to create a tiny thinning or opening in that shell.

The benefit: It makes it easier for the embryo to break through and attach to the uterine lining.

Embryo Biopsy & PGT

The biopsy: A few cells are carefully removed from the part of the embryo that becomes the placenta.

PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing): Those cells are screened for chromosomal abnormalities.

The goal: To ensure we are transferring the healthiest, most viable embryo.
